We are pleased to offer convenient and reliable delivery options for our customers in Turkey, Russia, and Europe. Shipping costs depend on your region and are calculated automatically at checkout.
1. Shipping Within Turkey
Delivery within Turkey is carried out by Aras Kargo. The cost depends on the region:
Ankara: 91.5 TL
Istanbul: 105.6 TL
Izmir: 108 TL
Konya: Calculated at checkout
Gaziantep: Calculated at checkout
Mersin: Calculated at checkout
Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the region. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
2. Shipping to Russia
Delivery to Russia is provided by PTT and SDEK.
Shipping costs depend on your region and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
3. Shipping to Europe
For deliveries to European countries, we cooperate with PTT.
Shipping costs depend on your region and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Important Shipping Information
Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
Once the order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not accepted.

Return
We value every customer and strive to make the purchase process as transparent and convenient as possible. Please read the return policy:
1. Cancellation of the order before delivery to the delivery service
If you wish to cancel your order before it is handed over to the shipping service, please contact us by email at iPullFace@gmail.com.
We will promptly process your request and return the payment to the same card from which the payment was made within 7 business days.
2. Return of goods is not possible after opening the package.
Since iPullFace is intended for personal use, returns are not possible once the packaging has been opened.
Please make sure your selection is correct before placing your order.
3. What should you do if you receive a damaged product?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
Take video recording of the damaged goods:
The video must clearly show damage to the packaging and product.
Contact us by email: iPullFace@gmail.com
Attach a video and describe the problem.
We will send you the address and code for sending the damaged item.
After receiving the goods, we will offer you two options:
Refund: Payment will be refunded to the same card used to make the payment within 7 business days.
Replacement of goods: We will send you a new item free of charge.
